Your overall strength, health and athletic performance will improve best through a holistic training approach. What does that mean? Your muscles do not work in isolation. A training plan that trains your muscles, fascia, joints as well as individual weaknesses or disbalances will propel you toward increasing strength like traditional training never will.

APEX YOUTH
APEX YOUTH
Training is not just relevant for adults.
Youth benefit just as much, or perhaps even more through training that helps build a base for their entire life.
The youth lessons focus on a few points that together, help build up young bodies to be capable of doing well in sports. The lessons will create a base needed for overall health in years to come.
Focus: be part of a fun small group community, overall strength, plyometrics, agility, flexibility, injury prevention, spinal health in pre-teen and teen years, coordination, mental strength, leadership skills
Price is monthly and based on 2 training sessions per week.
Contracts have a duration of 3 months minimum and a cancellation needs to be sent in writing 2 weeks before the start of the next month.
